Shipping is by Post CH AG and generally only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For shipping to other countries please contact us before ordering to determine availability and cost.
Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart. They are based on the tariffs of Post CH AG and contain an additional charge of CHF 1.00 for packaging.
The ordered articles may be picked up at a location previously agreed upon with us, e.g. at a meeting of the CCS. Payment will be in cash, no other cost are charged.
Payment must be in advance by bank transfer in CHF. Immediately after purchase in the webshop you will receive an automatically generated e-mail with your invoice, containing the necessary bank account information. The articles bought will be shipped only after we have received the full amount of the invoice. If payment is not made within 10 workdays after purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
We make every effort to keep the information in the webshop accurate and current. However, errors can not be excluded, and we reserve the right to change the information anytime. Should we be unable to deliver an article you ordered, we will inform you immediately and reimburse payments already made. Any other recompensation is excluded.
Description of Articles
We describe the articles to our best knowledge. All articles with exception of brochures, manuals, flyers and other documents are new and unused. The term "new" for brochures, manuals, flyers and other documents means that it is an unused item out of old stock (NOS). These articles may have slight damages due to long storage, e.g. discolorations, creases, abrasions or similar. The condition is documented by the photos; what you see is what you get.
Returns are only accepted with written consent from us. Articles must be in original, unused and undamaged condition. Shipping costs for returns must be paid by the buyer. We reimburse at most the article price, not including the shipping cost, and reserve the right to charge an additional amount for handling.
